1- The return shall be made within three days and the replacement within seven days from the date of issuing the invoice.

2- Bring the original invoice, which is the one issued and printed from the point-of-sale systems of the Idea and More store and contains all the required data, and nothing else is taken into account.

3- The goods to be returned/exchanged must be intact, unopened and in their original packaging.

4- Return and exchange do not include products that are restricted with a special discount based on a certain quantity.

5- The detailed pieces according to the customer’s desire (whether by cutting or assembling) are not returned or replaced.

6- Individual parts purchased within a set at a certain price shall not be returned/exchanged. taking into account the controls and conditions of the general return and exchange policy at Fadia Poultry Kit.

7- The amount of the returned item shall be transferred to the bank account of the customer in whose name the sales invoice was issued.
